Overall Experience

At the start, I lowkey was nervous since I didn't know anyone nor my team. But as soon as the team got together we locked in. Communication is definitely key and my teammates did not have a problem with speaking. Having a business major in your team is 100% a big advantage. Our mentors that we got paired with were so awesome and cool. Not only would they help you with what you need whenever, but they will guide you the right way when you're lost. They also put us in hotel rooms, of course we had to work on our project so nobody got any sleep. I got like 3 hours of sleep before my friend Ali woke me up since we were about to be late to catch the bus.

Food

Hands down, food was amazing. Literally just lines of buffet-style chef made food, it was crazy. Going to be jealous since a few of my friends will be interning here this upcoming summer so they're going to get spoiled.

The Plano Campus

The campus was massive and everything was just so modern, very much my taste. It's so pretty especially with the pond that the building surrounds it with.

Final Thoughts

This was my first hackathon win, and it gave me confidence to keep going at it.
